SEO Writing and Real Estate Background: We are looking for talented freelance writers who are versed in SEO and can couple first-hand real estate industry knowledge with keen writing ability. You may receive 10-15 articles or more at one time.
Most SEO articles will be in the 350-400 word range; blog posts will be in the 200-300 word range.

References and Writing Samples: Please forward at least two references (preferably one real estate related reference and one SEO writing reference) and two relative writing samples to us via email. (Note: Your writing samples do NOT have to be real estate writing samples, but they MUST be SEO writing samples.)
Independent Contractor Agreement: Each freelance writer will complete an independent contractor agreement.
W-9 Form: Upon earning at least $600 with our company, you will be issued a W-9 Form (http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf) for 1099 income tax reporting purposes. You will NOT be required to complete this form until you have earned at least $600 with our company.
Turnaround Time for Assignments: Real estate search engine optimization articles will be outsourced to writers as they come in; many will have 48-72 hour deadlines.
Pay Per Article: TBD.
